Overtime policy: There is no overtime pay; you can only take compensatory leave.

Limited dining options: There are hardly any good choices nearby, and they are not inexpensive.

Heavy workload: The volume of tasks is large and the pace is fast-paced, which can easily lead to fatigue in the long term.

Unpleasant interpersonal atmosphere: Colleagues do not interact much with one another, and it is difficult for newcomers to fit in.

Bonus system: The bonuses for the three major holidays are relatively low, making it difficult to feel appreciated.

Inconsistent management style: The supervisor behaves differently internally and externally, which can easily make people feel confused or distrustful.

Overall, I do not particularly recommend it. Regardless of the department, there are some common issues with the internal culture and systems. I initially decided to give it a try after seeing recommendations online, but the actual situation differed considerably from my expectations.

This is not to say that the company has no advantages at all, but given the job options available today, there are truly many better choices.
