Very close to Costco
Overtime policy: There is no overtime pay; you can only take compensatory leave.
Limited dining options: There are hardly any good options nearby, and they are not inexpensive.
Heavy workload: The volume of tasks is large and the pace is fast, which can easily lead to fatigue in the long run.
Unpleasant interpersonal atmosphere: Colleagues do not interact much, and it is not easy for newcomers to fit in.
Bonus system: The bonuses for the three major holidays are relatively low, making it difficult to feel recognized.
Inconsistent management style: The supervisor's attitude differs internally and externally, which can easily make people feel confused or distrustful.
Overall, I would not really recommend it. Regardless of the department, there are some common problems with the internal culture and systems. I initially decided to give it a try after seeing recommendations online, but the actual situation differed quite a lot from my expectations.
This is not to say that the company has absolutely no advantages, but given the current range of career options, there are genuinely quite a few better choices.
