The interview was held in a large conference room, with three managers sitting across from me. HR was also seated beside them, making a total of four interviewers. They basically asked the standard interview questions, along with my salary expectations. After the interview, they said they would notify me of the outcome, but I was ultimately ghosted.

It is worth mentioning that during the interview, they said that even back-office staff at this company are required to meet performance targets, and that these targets account for a significant portion of the year-end performance evaluation. In other words, even if your work performance is excellent, your year-end evaluation still will not be very good if you do not promote the products or services associated with your assigned targets. It seems they are pressuring employees to push sales. If you simply want to do back-office work without the pressure of having to meet sales targets, this company is probably not worth considering.
