Started on March 3, laid off on April 18. The reason given was that I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience. These were not requirements in the original job posting, and now they’re being used as the reason for the layoff—it’s completely absurd. Everyone, don’t step into this trap. The company is full of relatives and favorites, and the managers are extremely picky.
I hope new employees won’t fall into this trap. I’m preparing to file a complaint with the Ministry of Labor.
