Started on March 3 and was laid off on April 18. The reason given was that I didn't know ERP and had no ESG experience. These weren't requirements in the original job posting, and using them now as the reason for the layoff is ridiculous. Everyone, avoid this company—a company full of nepotism, with managers who nitpick constantly.
I hope newcomers don't fall into this trap. I'm preparing to file a complaint with the Ministry of Labor.
