Pros
Started on March 3 and was laid off on April 18. The reason given was that I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience—neither was required in the original job posting, so using them as reasons for dismissal is absurd. Everyone, avoid this pitfall. The company is full of nepotism, and the managers are extremely nitpicky.
Cons
I hope new hires avoid falling into this trap. I’m preparing to file a complaint with the Ministry of Labor.
