Started on March 3 and was laid off on April 18. The reason given was that I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience—neither was required in the original job posting, and now they’re using them as the reason for the layoff, which is ridiculous. Everyone, don’t step into this trap. The company is full of nepotism, and the managers are extremely nitpicky.
I hope new hires won’t fall into this trap. I’m preparing to file a complaint with the Ministry of Labor.
