Pros
Started on March 3 and was laid off on April 18. The reasons given were that I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience. These weren’t requirements in the original job posting, so using them now as reasons for dismissal is absolutely ridiculous. Everyone, avoid this place—a company full of people with connections, and the manager is incredibly nitpicky.
Cons
I hope newcomers don’t fall into this trap. I’m preparing to file a complaint with the Ministry of Labor.
