Pros
Started on March 3 and was laid off on April 18. The reasons given were that I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience, even though these weren’t requirements in the original job posting. Using them as reasons for the layoff is ridiculous. Everyone, avoid stepping into this trap. The company is full of well-connected relatives and the managers are extremely nitpicky.
Cons
I hope newcomers won’t fall into this trap. I’m preparing to file a complaint with the Ministry of Labor.
