Pros
Started on 3/3 and was laid off on 4/18. The reasons given were that I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience—neither of which was required in the original job posting. Using them now as reasons for dismissal is absurd. Everyone, don’t fall into this trap. The company is full of relatives and well-connected people, and the managers are extremely demanding.
Cons
I hope new hires don’t fall into this trap. I’m preparing to file a complaint with the Ministry of Labor.
