Pros
Started on March 3, laid off on April 18. The reason was that I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience—neither was required in the original job posting, so using them now as reasons for the layoff is absurd. Everyone, avoid this place. The company is full of employees with connections, and the managers are extremely picky.
Cons
I hope newcomers avoid falling into this trap.
