Pros
Started on 3/3 and was laid off on 4/18. The reason given was that I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience, even though these weren’t requirements in the original job posting. Using them as reasons for dismissal is absurd. Everyone, avoid this trap: the company is full of nepotism, and the managers are extremely picky.
Cons
I hope newcomers don’t fall into this trap.
