Pros
Started on March 3 and was laid off on April 18. The reason given was that I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience—neither was required in the original job posting. Using this now as the reason for the layoff is absurd. Everyone, avoid this place; the company is full of nepotism, and the manager is incredibly picky.
Cons
I hope newcomers don’t fall into this trap.
