Pros
Started on March 3, laid off on April 18. The reason was that I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience—neither was required in the original job posting, so using them as reasons for the layoff is ridiculous. Everyone, avoid this trap. The company is full of relatives and cronies, and the managers are extremely demanding.
Cons
I hope newcomers don’t fall into this trap.
