Pros
Started on 3/3 and was laid off on 4/18, with the reason given being that I didn't know ERP and had no ESG experience. These were not requirements when the position was originally posted, so using them as the reason for the layoff is ridiculous. Everyone, don't step on this landmine. The company is full of nepotism, and the managers are extremely picky.
Cons
I hope newcomers don't fall into this trap.
