Pros
Started on March 3 and was laid off on April 18, with the reason given being that I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience. These were not requirements in the original job posting, so using them now as grounds for dismissal is absurd. Everyone, avoid this trap. The company is full of nepotism, and the managers are extremely picky.
Cons
I hope newcomers don’t fall into this trap.
