Pros
Started on 3/3 and was laid off on 4/18, supposedly because I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience. Those weren’t requirements when I was hired, so using them as the reason for dismissal is ridiculous. Don’t step into this trap—there are a bunch of relatives and friends of the higher-ups at this company, and the managers are extremely difficult.
Cons
I hope newcomers don’t fall into this trap.
