Pros
Joined on 3/3 and was laid off on 4/18. The reason given was that I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience, even though these weren’t requirements in the original job posting. Using them as reasons for termination now is absurd. Everyone, beware—this company is full of nepotism, and the managers are incredibly nitpicky.
Cons
I hope newcomers don’t fall into this trap.
