Pros
Joined on March 3, laid off on April 18. The reason given was that I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience, even though these weren’t requirements in the original job posting. Using them now as reasons for the layoff is completely absurd. Don’t fall into this trap, everyone—the company is full of bosses’ relatives and connections, and the managers are extremely nitpicky.
Cons
I hope newcomers don’t fall into this trap.
