Pros
Started on 3/3 and was laid off on 4/18, supposedly because I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience. These weren’t requirements in the original job posting, so using them as the reason for the layoff is absurd. Everyone, stay away from this trap—there are tons of nepotistic hires at this company, and the managers are extremely picky.
Cons
Hope newcomers avoid falling into this trap.
