Pros
Started on 3/3 and was laid off on 4/18. The reason was that I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience—neither was required in the original job posting, so using them now as the reason for dismissal is completely ridiculous. Everyone, don’t fall into this trap. The company is full of relatives and cronies, and the managers are extremely picky.
