Pros
Started on 3/3 and was laid off on 4/18. The reasons given were that I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience, even though these weren’t requirements in the original job posting. Using them as reasons for dismissal is absurd. Everyone, don’t fall into this trap. The company is full of well-connected relatives and friends, and the managers are extremely picky.
