Started on March 3 and was laid off on April 18. The reason given was that I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience—neither was required in the original job posting, and now they’re using them as reasons for the layoff, which is ridiculous. Everyone, avoid this trap. The company is full of nepotism, and the managers are extremely picky.
