Pros
Started on March 3, laid off on April 18. The reason given was that I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience—neither was required in the original job posting. Using this as the reason for the layoff is ridiculous. Don’t risk working there; the company is full of nepotism, and the managers are extremely picky.
