Pros
Started on 3/3 and was laid off on 4/18. The reason given was that I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience, even though these weren’t requirements in the original job posting. Using them as reasons for dismissal now is ridiculous. Everyone, don’t step on this landmine: the company is full of relatives and favorites, and the managers are extremely picky.
