Pros
Started on March 3, laid off on April 18. The reason was that I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience—these weren’t requirements in the original job posting, and now they’re being used as the reason for the layoff, which is ridiculous. Everyone, steer clear of this place. The company is full of well-connected relatives and friends, and the managers are extremely picky.
