Started on March 3 and was laid off on April 18, with the reason given being that I didn’t know ERP and had no ESG experience. These requirements weren’t listed in the original job posting, and using them as the reason for the layoff is ridiculous. Everyone, don’t fall into this trap. The company is full of nepotism, and the managers are extremely picky.
