Pros
The pressure to meet performance targets is not very high
Cons
The supervisor is impossible to communicate with and is extremely emotional
Year-end evaluations have no objective basis; they simply depend on whether the supervisor likes you
The supervisor is unable to take responsibility. For every problem, they have the company come to you while hiding behind the scenes and refusing to deal with it
