Pros
The pressure to perform at work is not too great
Cons
The supervisor is impossible to communicate with and is extremely emotional
Year-end evaluations have no objective basis and are purely based on whether the supervisor likes you
The supervisor is unable to take responsibility; whenever there is a problem, they tell the company to come after you while hiding behind the scenes and refusing to deal with it
