Pros
There is not much pressure regarding work performance.
Cons
The manager is impossible to communicate with and is extremely emotional.
Year-end evaluations have no objective basis; they purely depend on whether the manager likes you.
The manager is unable to take responsibility. For every problem, they have the company come to you while hiding behind the scenes and refusing to deal with it.
