I’ve been working in the call center department for several years and would only leave if it wasn’t a good fit. Thank you to my senior colleague for taking care of me. She knows to check in on me when she knows I’m facing a situation. Everyone politely greets each other when arriving at and leaving work. When I lacked confidence, she encouraged me and helped me understand that genuine effort would be rewarded financially, also because of family circumstances. There are also many clear rules. I’ve heard that other departments have small cliques, but they’re all minor issues. I’m here to work and earn money, after all, and entering the workforce isn’t like being at school. At work, I feel that whenever someone raises an issue, it gets resolved. For afternoon tea, we can also choose what we like to eat and drink to decide what we’ll have that day. Afternoon tea is free. So I’m grateful for whatever we get to eat~ Thank you for the company’s benefits. Work procedures are clearly laid out. As long as you follow the rules, everything is very safe. We come to work to earn money, so if something feels wrong, bringing it up right away is the best thing to do. Keeping it bottled up isn’t the right approach. If someone chats with you, it wastes a lot of time. They aren’t involved in the situation, so it feels like it’s all just pointless talk, haha. Chatting and fooling around wastes time while waiting to leave on time. No overtime.
