I’ve been in the Inbound Call Department for several years and would only leave if it wasn’t a good fit. Thanks to my senior colleague for taking care of me. Whenever she knows I’m dealing with something, she checks in on me. Everyone politely says hello when arriving at and leaving work. When I lack confidence, she encourages me and helps me understand that genuine effort will pay off financially. Family circumstances also played a role. There are also many clear rules. I’ve heard that other departments have small cliques, but they’re minor issues. I’m here to work and earn money; after all, entering the workforce isn’t like being in school. At work, I feel that whenever someone raises an issue, it gets resolved. For afternoon tea, we can choose what we like to eat and drink and decide what to have that day. Afternoon tea is free, so I’m grateful for whatever is provided~Thank you for the company benefits. There are rules for all work tasks. As long as you follow the rules, everything is safe. We come to work to earn money, so if something feels wrong, bringing it up immediately is the right thing to do. Keeping it bottled up is not the right approach. If someone chats with you, it wastes a lot of time. They’re not involved, so it just feels like pointless talk, haha. Chatting and fooling around wastes time while waiting to leave on time. No overtime.
