I've been in the call center department for several years and would only leave if it wasn't a good fit. Thanks to my senior colleague for taking care of me. She knows to check in on me when she knows I'm dealing with a situation. Everyone politely says hello when arriving at and leaving work. When I lack confidence, she encourages me and lets me know that genuine effort will really translate into money, also because of family factors. There are also many clear rules. I've heard that other departments have cliques, but they're all minor issues. I'm here to work and earn money—after all, being in the workforce isn't like being at school. At work, I feel that whenever someone raises an issue, it gets resolved. We can also choose what we like to eat and drink for afternoon tea and decide what to have that day. Afternoon tea is free. So I have a grateful heart whenever there's food available~ Thank you for the company's benefits. There are rules for all the work. As long as you follow the rules, everything is very safe. We come to work to earn money, so if something feels wrong, bring it up right away. Not keeping it bottled up is the right thing to do. Because whenever someone chats with you, it wastes a lot of time. They're not involved in the situation either, so I feel it's all just pointless talk, haha. Chatting and fooling around to kill time while waiting to clock out on time. No overtime.
