Pros

I’ve been in the Call Center Department for several years and would only leave if I felt it wasn’t a good fit. Thank you to my senior colleagues for taking care of me. Whenever they know I’m having a problem, they come to check on me. Everyone politely greets each other when arriving at and leaving work. When I lack confidence, they encourage me and help me understand that genuine effort will lead to financial rewards, also because of family considerations. There are also many clear rules. I’ve heard that other departments have small cliques, but they’re just minor issues. I’m here to work and earn money, after all—entering the workforce isn’t like being at school. At work, I feel that whenever someone raises an issue, it gets resolved. For afternoon tea, we can choose what we like to eat and drink and decide what to have that day. Afternoon tea is free, so I’m grateful for whatever is provided~ Thank you for the company benefits. There are rules for the work. As long as we follow the rules, everything is very safe. We come to work to earn money, so if something feels wrong, we should bring it up immediately. Not bottling things up is the right thing to do. If someone chats with you, it wastes a lot of time. They’re not involved in the situation, so I feel it’s all just pointless talk, haha. Chatting and fooling around wastes time while waiting to leave on time. No overtime.
