I’ve been in the incoming-call interview department for several years, and I would only leave if it wasn’t a good fit. Thanks to my senior colleague for taking care of me. Whenever she knows I’m facing a situation, she comes to check on me. Everyone politely greets each other when arriving at and leaving work. When I lack confidence, she encourages me and lets me know that genuine effort will be rewarded financially, also because of family considerations. There are also many clear rules. I’ve heard that some other departments have small cliques, but they’re all minor matters. I’m here to work and earn money, after all—working in society isn’t like being at school. At work, I feel that whenever someone raises an issue, it gets resolved. For afternoon tea, we can choose what we like to eat and drink and decide what to have that day. Afternoon tea is free. So I’m grateful for whatever we get to eat~ Thank you for the company benefits. There are rules for the work. As long as we follow the rules, everything is very safe. We come to work to earn money, so if something feels wrong, we should raise it immediately. Not keeping it bottled up is the right thing to do. If someone chats with you, it will only waste a lot of time. They’re not involved in the matter, so it feels like it’s all just nonsense, haha. Chatting and fooling around to pass the time, waiting to leave on time. No overtime.
