2. On the surface, it is a luxury fashion company (and describes itself as such on 104), but in reality it is just a traditional industry company. The boss also has a traditional-industry mindset, and this company has almost all of the bad habits common in Taiwan’s traditional industries.
3. Those without ability who are good at flattering others should first build up experience at a large company, then join the headquarters. You can get promoted every year, frequently travel abroad to attend fashion shows, and enjoy endless benefits~
4. Those who are genuinely capable should not join. You will be worked like an ox or a dog until you drop dead, and your salary will never increase.
