1. If you work here and company property is stolen, the boss will require employees to pay compensation—pay back whatever was stolen. You can search online for relevant information.
2. On the surface, it is a luxury fashion company (and describes itself that way on 104), but in fact it is just a traditional manufacturing company. The boss also has a traditional-industry mindset, and this company has almost all of the bad practices common in Taiwan’s traditional industries.
3. Those without ability who like to flatter can first build up experience at a large company, then join the headquarters and work there. You can get promoted every year, frequently travel abroad to see fashion shows, and enjoy endless benefits~
4. People with genuine ability should not join. You will be worked like a bull or a dog until you drop dead, and then your salary will never increase.
