With nearly four years of experience at this company, I can honestly say that, for a store associate, the job is quite easy. It only gets busier during major holidays. I recommend working here to people who have a responsible attitude but do not want to do too much, and to those who dislike the many rules found at Japanese companies. If you are not short on money, this is a good job for taking it easy until retirement.
As mentioned above, the salary is proportional to the work, so this job is more suitable for people without financial pressure~
One very important point: Because there are many employees, the store managers and full-time staff you encounter can vary in character. I have worked at several stores and have only encountered one or two people who were not very OK.
The final straw, however, was at a certain clearance center. At first, the work environment there was harmonious, and the adjustment period went relatively smoothly. However, as my time there increased, I felt that internal interpersonal interactions had a significant impact on the work experience. The workplace atmosphere had already been affected by the way people communicated and interacted with one another.
Over the course of working together for a long time, longtime employees’ relationships with newcomers may change over time. For people who place greater importance on harmonious communication or are easily affected by the workplace atmosphere, these changes may cause a certain amount of mental stress.
I suggest that prospective applicants pay particular attention to their interactions and ability to adapt with existing members when evaluating the job, to ensure that it meets their own workplace needs.
