The boss is very concerned about appearances and will spend lavishly on expensive fine dining and organize (budget) employee trips.

If he doesn’t want to hear employees’ new ideas, he simply won’t take them in, but after a while they may suddenly become his own ideas.

He bullies employees he looks down on (especially those without higher education),

uses verbal abuse to drive them to resign, and sends abusive Line messages incessantly on weekends.

In fact, he has already violated labor laws many times in private.

Interestingly, when his wife is present, she is clearly the one in charge, and she will also lecture her husband’s employees.
