The interviewer was very magnanimous and did not make too much of an issue about the lateness.

The company is engaging in bait-and-switch tactics on 104. It posted an administrative position for people with disabilities, but after I submitted my résumé, they said the position had already been filled and asked whether I would like to try working in logistics instead. If they were not looking to fill an administrative position, why not take down the job posting? It was clearly intentional.
