Pros
The workplace is in a corrugated metal building, parking is convenient, there is relatively little overtime, and most coworkers are friendly.
Cons
1. Underreporting of labor and health insurance wages
2. Violating the Labor Standards Act by not paying overtime
3. Promotion procedures are inadequate
4. Semi-coercive requirement for employees to use their annual leave; if it is not used by the deadline, it will not be paid out
5. Wages below the industry average
6. The owner’s management style is relatively traditional, often indecisive, with ideas and decisions constantly changing
