Pros
The workplace is in a sheet-metal building, parking is convenient, there is relatively little overtime, and most colleagues are friendly.
Cons
1. Underreporting of labor and health insurance wages
2. Violating the Labor Standards Act by not paying overtime
3. Promotion procedures are not well established
4. Semi-compulsory requirement for employees to use their annual leave; unused leave is not paid out when it expires
5. Salaries below the industry standard
6. The boss’s management style is rather traditional, often indecisive, with ideas and decisions constantly changing
