The boss is a woman and a very kind, nice person. Sometimes she treats us to snacks and drinks, and the company also covers lunch on workdays, so you don't have to pay out of pocket. Compared with other places, it's very generous and a good company. The shortcomings mentioned below absolutely do not mean that this company is bad, but rather concern a certain “rotten apple” within the company.
If you are applying for an apprentice position, watch out for someone surnamed Yu. From my very first day at work, he started trying to psychologically manipulate me, with no concern for being polite. This is the disturbing story I only realized after I left. He might chat and joke with you sometimes, but that's not because he wants to get to know you better—it’s because he happens to be in a good mood and feels like talking to you. Oh, and the reason I say this is that this industry has a seniority system, similar to the senior-junior system in hospitals. You must not offend the “senior” at this company—the one surnamed Yu. He looks careless and cocky, makes exaggerated claims, and lectures you like a stereotypical man: you say one sentence and he argues against ten. Having to spend nearly 10 hours of work each day with someone like this is painful. If you show even a little impatience or become emotional, he won't go easy on you either! Hiding behind the authority of being a senior, he will mercilessly suppress you and erase your opportunities to grow. A large part of the reason this company can't recruit apprentices is definitely this rotten apple's fault. He drives people away and then complains, “No one wants to come work here~”
You think you came to learn technical skills, but in reality, you are competing with your senior 😊 All kinds of schemes and psychological manipulation are used to suppress you and push you down. I don't know how many people he drove away before me, but he won't tell you. If you really want to come, prepare yourself for how to deal with this rotten apple. I was simply too naïve and thought I was only coming to learn technical skills. Take care, everyone.
