Pros

The boss is a woman and a very kind, nice person. Sometimes she treats us to snacks and drinks, and the company also covers lunch on workdays, so you don't have to pay out of pocket. Compared with other places, it's very generous and a good company. The drawbacks described below absolutely aren't meant to say that this company is bad, but rather concern a certain “rotten apple” at the company.

Cons

If you're applying for an apprenticeship, watch out for someone with the surname Yu. From my very first day at work, he started trying to psychologically manipulate me without any restraint. I only realized after leaving that this was a terrifying experience. Sometimes he might chat and joke with you, but that's not because he wants to get to know you—it's because he's in a good mood and feels like talking to you. Oh, and the reason I say this is that this industry has a seniority system, similar to the senior-junior system in hospitals. You must not offend the “senior” at this company—that person with the surname Yu. He looks careless and cocky, constantly makes exaggerated claims, and engages in all kinds of male lecturing: you say one sentence, and he contradicts you with ten. Having to spend nearly ten hours a day with someone like this is painful. If you show even a little impatience or become emotional, he won't go easy on you either! He uses his authority as a senior to relentlessly suppress you and erase your opportunities to grow. A large part of the reason this company can't recruit apprentices is definitely this rotten apple's fault. He drives people away and then complains, “Nobody wants to come work here~”

You think you're here to learn technical skills, but in reality you're competing with your senior 😊 All kinds of sabotage, psychological manipulation, and suppression are intended to keep you down. I don't even know how many people he drove away before me, but he won't tell you. If you really want to come, prepare yourself for how to deal with this rotten apple. I was too naive and thought I was simply coming to learn technical skills. Best of luck to us all.
