The boss is a woman and a really nice person. Sometimes she treats us to snacks and drinks, and the company also covers lunch at work, so you don't have to pay out of pocket. Compared with other places, it's very generous and a good company. The shortcomings mentioned below absolutely do not mean that this company is bad, but rather refer to a “certain rotten apple” at the company.

If you’re applying as an apprentice, watch out for someone whose surname is Yu. From my very first day at work, he started trying to psychologically manipulate me, with no regard for politeness. I only realized after leaving that this was a terrifying experience. He may chat and joke with you sometimes, but that’s not because he wants to get to know you—it’s because he happens to be in a good mood and feels like talking to you. Oh, and the reason I say this is that this industry has a seniority system, like the senior-junior system in hospitals. You must not offend the “senior” at this company—the one whose surname is Yu. He looks laid-back and casually throws around exaggerated claims. Whenever you say one thing, he argues against it with ten things, in a very stereotypically male lecturing manner. Having to spend nearly ten hours at work with someone like this is painful. If you show even a little impatience or become emotional, he won’t show you any courtesy either! Hiding behind his seniority, he will ruthlessly suppress you and wipe out your opportunities to grow.～A large part of the reason this company can’t recruit apprentices is definitely this rotten apple’s fault. He drives people away, then complains that nobody wants to come～

You think you’re here to learn technical skills, but in reality you’re competing with your senior 😊 All kinds of manipulation and psychological pressure are used to keep you down.
