There are no particular benefits; you even have to pay to use the coffee machine.
1. There is no salary adjustment or promotion system, and the way year-end bonuses are distributed is not transparent.
2. The company has no administrative staff, so employees have to take turns serving as the duty person (ordering lunch boxes for everyone, going to the post office to mail letters, going to convenience stores to send packages, and taking out the trash).
3. The turnover rate among younger employees is high.
4. The office must be cleaned every Monday.
5. Bonuses are not paid on time.
6. There are many little rules for meetings. One very basic rule is that you cannot be late, but apart from the person who made this rule, practically no one is ever late.
7. You cannot wear earphones at work.
8. The restroom is old and dirty, and must also be shared with other companies on the same floor.
9. The leave system violates the Labor Standards Act: annual leave must be taken all at once (for example, if you have five days of annual leave, you must take all five days consecutively in one go).
