Leaving work on time

Afternoon tea every Monday, although the departments take turns ordering it…! The old-timers just push it onto their subordinates to handle, hehe 🤭

Cons

I was initially tricked into joining by these fake positive reviews @@~~ Only now do I realize how ridiculous this company is! I’m saying this because I know the company often monitors reviews on Tianyancha and Mymany.com (◐‿◑) If you’re in the planning department, washing the company’s reviews will also be one of your job responsibilities—LOL….. Although the planning manager is fairly decent,,, when you raise problems with the company’s systems, there’s nothing they can do about them! ^o^

The turnover rate is unbelievably high. Every month, 1–3 people regularly come and go, and sometimes an entire department may be reshuffled、、、 Whether people resign voluntarily or are fired, nobody can stay for long. Even if you’ve worked there for several years, you could suddenly be told to leave one day, with absolutely no protection!!

The scariest thing is that the managers of the photography department and the customer service department are actually the same person? These two departments are worlds apart, yet they can have the same manager???!! In meetings, this person only talks nonsense, makes lewd jokes, and shifts responsibility. I really don’t know why the boss would let someone with no professional ability become a manager. People in these two departments really need to think carefully (╯‵□′)╯︵┻━┻

But the managers of the other departments aren’t any better. They’re also manipulative, love shifting blame, and are emotionally unpredictable; they can’t even do what they’re supposed to know how to do???

Managers clearly receive decision-making bonuses, but they only dump the work on the people below them and then talk about how busy and hard-working they are. What a joke, haha @@

Accounting thinks about saving money all day long without considering that people are alive and the company is still operating—some expenses are simply necessary. If they can’t cut costs, they start criticizing, nitpicking, and making things difficult??!!!!?! The PM manager speaks very harshly and rudely, and will say that she’s just more urgent—but being rude and having a hurried personality are unrelated, aren’t they? I heard that even taking annual leave requires looking at her mood, and she may disturb you with messages while you’re on leave. However, nobody else dares disturb her while she’s on leave, hehe……………

That manager really likes speaking in sarcastic and cutting ways. Ask a few more questions and she immediately loses patience (O_O)

You also often hear her speaking on the phone in an extremely nasty tone in the office! It’s terrifying~~~~~~~~

When they’re short-staffed, they ask you to endure the hardship together; when fully staffed, they go around looking for faults?! This department is basically a large-scale workplace battlefield = = haha

The telephone-sales department is probably the most scheming part of the entire company, with fairly serious infighting~! People undermine one another over leads, so you need to know how to protect your own rights or you’ll suffer badly (;´༎ຶД༎ຶ`) sob sob

HR directly takes the employer’s side. (HR doesn’t even specialize in human resources—it’s someone transferred from the customer service department︿︿; ask them about relevant laws and they’ll say, “I’ll Google it.”) During the interview, they act extremely friendly, but after you join, they immediately ask you to sign a pile of completely illegal employment contracts. It feels like disguised exploitation of workers. They’re also extremely petty about leave、、 One time, my child was sick and I needed to take leave, but they still made things difficult. They care obsessively about whether you’ve used all your annual leave and really don’t want you to cash it out凸^-^凸

They’re also like a school hall monitor, coming every day to scrutinize business schedules and whether the travel distances are reasonable, making employees feel deeply distrusted.

By the way, perhaps the sales bonuses are fairly good? However, if you fail to meet your sales target during the first three months, no matter how proactive or hard-working you are, if you fall even slightly short, they’ll still make you leave d(^_^o). They basically treat people as disposable.

Also, some salespeople barely understand websites, yet these are exactly the kind of people who can keep working steadily at the company. Their keywords are longer than Grandma’s foot-binding cloth ( ・᷄ὢ・᷅ )

The company has no basic training courses. As long as you can sell, and sell expensively, you’re considered a good salesperson,, There are also senior salespeople who have worked there for years but still ask about the difference between a URL and a domain, or frequently make mistakes when signing contracts and calculating prices. The internal staff are driven crazy by the salespeople’s brain-dead questions (;´༎ຶД༎ຶ`)…..

This company is a huge pit; joining it is just a waste of your life., If you look up the company’s litigation history, you can dig up a long string of records~~~

Promotions and raises are basically like tossing alms to beggars—then a mountain of lousy tasks follows. Whoever gets promoted is the unlucky one, haha.

A technology company run like a traditional industry business; even leave requests are recorded on paper, hehe, what a joke。。。。。。。。。。。!!!

Oh, and the year-end bonus is split into two payments: the end of January and the end of June。。。。 I strongly advise everyone not to be tricked into joining QAQQ If the company were good~~ it wouldn’t need to resort to this little trick to retain people!!
