Leaving work on time
Afternoon tea every Monday, although the departments take turns ordering the food…! The old-timers just push it off to their subordinates to handle, hehe 🤭、
I was initially lured in by these fake positive reviews @@~~Only now do I realize how outrageous this company is! I’m saying this because I know the company often monitors reviews on Tianyan Tong and Interview Fun (◐‿◑). If you’re in the planning department, cleaning up the company’s reviews will also be one of your job duties—LOL….. Although the planning supervisor is actually an okay person,,, when you bring up problems with the company’s policies, there’s nothing they can do about them! ^o^
The turnover rate is unbelievably high. Every month, a fixed 1–3 people come and go, and sometimes the entire department may even be reshuffled,,, Regardless of whether people resign voluntarily or get fired, no one can stay for long. Even if you’ve worked there for several years, you could suddenly be told one day that you’re fired, with absolutely no protection!!
The scariest thing is that the supervisors of the photography and customer service departments are actually the same person? These two departments are completely worlds apart, yet they can have the same supervisor???! This is someone who only talks nonsense and makes dirty jokes in meetings, while shirking responsibility. I really don’t know why the boss would let someone with no professional ability become a supervisor. People in these two departments really need to think carefully (╯‵□′)╯︵┻━┻
But the supervisors in the other departments aren’t any better. They’re also scheming, love shifting the blame, and have wildly fluctuating moods. They can’t even do what they’re supposed to know how to do???
Supervisors clearly receive decision-making bonuses, but they only dump the work on the people below them and then talk about how busy and hardworking they are. What a joke, LOL @@
Accounting only thinks about saving money all day long without considering that, as long as people are alive and the company is still operating, some expenses are necessary. If they can’t save money, they start complaining, nitpicking, and making things difficult??!!!!?! The PM supervisor speaks very harshly and rudely,,, and even says they’re just more anxious. Being rude and having an impatient personality aren’t related, are they? I heard that even using annual leave requires checking her mood, and she may message you while you’re on leave,, but other people don’t dare disturb her while she’s on vacation, hehe……………
That supervisor really likes speaking in a sarcastic and cutting manner, and loses patience if you ask a few more questions (O_O)
You can also often hear them speaking on the phone in an extremely nasty tone in the office! Scary~~~~~~~~
When they’re short-staffed, they ask you to endure the hardship together; when fully staffed, they go around looking for faults?! This department is practically a large-scale workplace battlefield = = LOL
The telesales department is probably the most scheming part of the whole company. The infighting is pretty serious~! People poach each other’s leads, so you need to know how to protect your own rights; otherwise, you’ll really suffer (;´༎ຶД༎ຶ`) Sob ㄟ
HR directly takes the employer’s side (and HR doesn’t even specialize in human resources—it was transferred from the customer service department︿︿. When asked about relevant laws, they even say, “I’ll Google it.”). During interviews, they act extremely friendly, but after you join, they immediately ask you to sign a bunch of employment contracts that are completely illegal. It feels like disguised exploitation of workers. They’re also extremely petty about leave、、. Once, when my child was sick and I needed to take leave, they gave me a hard time. They care way too much about whether you’ve used up your annual leave and really don’t want you to exchange it for money凸^-^凸
They also act like school prefects, checking the sales staff’s schedules and travel distances every day to see whether they’re reasonable, making employees feel very distrusted.
Oh right, perhaps the sales commissions are pretty good? However, if you don’t meet your performance target during the first three months, no matter how proactive or hardworking you are, if you fall even a tiny bit short, they’ll still tell you to get lost d(^_^o). They treat people as disposable.
Also, some salespeople barely understand websites, yet these are precisely the kinds of people who can remain steadily employed at the company. Their keywords are longer than Grandma’s bound feet ( ・᷄ὢ・᷅ )
The company has no basic training courses. Basically, if you can sell it and sell it at a high price, you’re considered a good salesperson,,. There are also veteran salespeople who have worked there for several years yet ask about the difference between a website and a domain, or frequently make mistakes when signing contracts and calculating prices. The internal staff are driven crazy by the salespeople’s brain-dead questions (;´༎ຶД༎ຶ`)…..
This company is a huge pit; joining it is just a waste of your life., If you look up the company’s litigation history, you can dig up a long string of records~~~
Promotions and raises are basically like tossing alms to beggars~and then there’s a mountain of crap to deal with. Whoever gets promoted is the unlucky one, LOL.
A tech company run like a traditional manufacturing business; even leave requests are recorded on paper, hehe, what a joke。。。。。。。。。。。!!!
Oh right!! The year-end bonus is split into two payments: the end of January and the end of June。。。。I strongly advise everyone not to be tricked into joining QAQQ. If the company were good enough~~it wouldn’t need to use this kind of little trick to retain people!!
