Leaving work on time

Afternoon tea every Monday, though the departments take turns ordering it…! The old-timers just push it off to their subordinates, hehe 🤭、

Cons

I was lured in by these fake positive reviews back then @@~~Only now do I realize how ridiculous this company is! I’m saying this because I know the company regularly monitors reviews on Tianyancha and Interview Fun (◐‿◑)If you’re in the planning department, polishing the company’s reviews will also be one of your job duties, LOL….. Although the planning supervisor is an okay person,,, they can’t do anything when you raise issues about the company’s systems! ^o^

The turnover rate is insanely high. Every month, a fixed 1–3 people come and go, and sometimes an entire department may be reshuffled,,,Whether people leave voluntarily or get fired, no one can stay for long. Even if you’ve worked there for several years, you might suddenly be told one day to get lost, with absolutely no protection!!

The most terrifying thing is that the supervisors of the photography and customer service departments are actually the same person? These two departments are worlds apart, yet they can have the same supervisor???! This is someone who only talks nonsense in meetings, makes lewd jokes, and shirks responsibility. I really don’t know why the boss would let someone with no professional ability become a supervisor. People in these two departments really need to think carefully (╯‵□′)╯︵┻━┻

But the supervisors of the other departments aren’t any better. They’re also scheming, love shifting blame, and are emotionally unpredictable, and they can’t even do what they’re supposed to know how to do???

Supervisors clearly receive decision-making bonuses, but they only dump the work on the people underneath them and then talk about how busy and hard-working they are. What a joke, 哈@@

Accounting only thinks about saving money all day long, without considering that people need to stay alive and the company needs to keep operating—some expenses are simply necessary. If they can’t cut costs, they start complaining, nitpicking, and making things difficult??!!!!?! The PM supervisor speaks very harshly and has no manners,,but says she’s just in a hurry. Being rude and having an impatient personality are unrelated, aren’t they? I heard that even taking annual leave requires looking at her expression, and that she’ll message people while they’re on leave,,but no one else dares disturb her when she’s on vacation, hehe……………

That supervisor really likes speaking in a sarcastic, cutting way,。Ask a few more questions and she immediately loses patience (O_O)

I also often hear her speaking on the phone in the office with an extremely nasty tone! Terrifying~~~~~~~~

When they’re short-staffed, they ask you to weather the difficulties together; when fully staffed, they go around finding fault?! This department is practically a large-scale workplace battlefield = = 哈

The telesales department is probably the most scheming part of the entire company, and the infighting is pretty serious, 嗷~! People sabotage each other over leads, so you have to know how to protect your own rights, otherwise you’ll suffer badly (;´༎ຶД༎ຶ`) *sob* ㄟ

HR is even more directly on the employer’s side (and HR doesn’t even specialize in HR—it’s someone transferred from customer service ︿︿; ask them about relevant laws and they’ll say, “I’ll Google it”). During the interview, they act extremely friendly, but after you join, they immediately ask you to sign a bunch of completely illegal employment contracts. It feels like disguised exploitation of workers. They’re also extremely petty about taking leave、、Once, when my child was sick and I needed to take leave, they still made things difficult. They care obsessively about whether you’ve used up all your annual leave and really don’t want you to convert it into cash 凸^-^凸

They also act like a school prefect, coming every day to monitor business schedules and whether the distances traveled are reasonable, making employees feel deeply distrusted.

By the way, perhaps the sales bonuses are pretty good? But if you fail to meet your targets during the first three months, no matter how proactive or hardworking you are, if you fall even slightly short, they’ll still make you leave d(^_^o). They basically treat people as disposable.

Some salespeople barely understand websites,,yet these are exactly the kinds of people who can stay at the company steadily. Their keywords are longer than Grandma’s foot-binding cloth ( ・᷄ὢ・᷅ )

The company has no basic training courses. Basically, if you can sell it and sell it expensively, you’re considered a good salesperson,, There are also senior salespeople who have worked there for years yet ask about the difference between a URL and a domain, or frequently make mistakes signing contracts and calculating prices. The back-office staff are driven crazy by the sales team’s idiotic questions (;´༎ຶД༎ຶ`)…..

This company is a huge trap; joining it is just a waste of your life., If you look up the company’s litigation history, you can dig up a whole string of records~~~

Promotions and raises are basically handouts to beggars—yet they come with a pile of troublesome tasks. Whoever gets promoted is the unlucky one, 哈

A tech company run like a traditional industry business, with paper records still used for leave requests, hehe, what a joke。。。。。。。。。。。!!!

Oh right!! The year-end bonus is split into two payments: the end of January and the end of June。。。。I strongly advise everyone not to be tricked into joining QAQQ If the company were good~~it wouldn’t need to use this little trick to retain people!!
