Workplace reviews and discussion: 達麗建設事業股份有限公司

I joined the company after an interview in August. At first, I was quite worried after reading the reviews online and wondered whether my colleagues would be difficult to get along with. Surprisingly, everyone has been very nice. The salary system is also very clear and not vague or glossed over, and there is a more established promotion system, which is quite good!

So far, I haven’t noticed any major shortcomings. Perhaps I just haven’t taken on many significant responsibilities yet.
